The boarding location is indicated on your boarding pass sent by email. Please check it in advance, as the boat departs on time.

It is necessary to arrive early ?

For all cruises, you must arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes before departure.

Did I need to print my boarding pass ?

You can present your boarding pass directly on your smartphone – let’s protect the planet !

In case of rain, will the cruise still depart ?

Departure is subject to the captain’s decision. In case of rain, the cruise will proceed. In case of a storm, navigation may be prohibited by local authorities. If so, we will contact you to reschedule your cruise.

Are pets allowed on board ??

Pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash or in carrier

Is your boat accessible for people with reduced mobility ?

Our boat is accessible for wheelchair users (manual or electric)
